All the Vu TV models offer regular connectivity options which are at par with other competing brands. “Our products directly competes with the likes of Sony, Samsung and LG and is available at half the price,” said Devita Saraf, CEO and design head, Vu Televisions.

Vu Technologies had earlier parterned with Snapdeal.com to launch its TVs online, however, the company decided to partner with Flipkart this time to gain more mileage. “Flipkart offers more reach than any other online brand in India. Also, Flipkart’s services arm, Jeeves ensures fast and quality installations and service to the customers,” said Saraf.

While Flipkart had announced earlier that it will not deliver products above Rs 10,000 to Uttar Pradesh including Noida, Amitesh Jha, VP (retail) of Flipkart said that the company will work towards ensuring smooth delivery to all locations in India. “As we have signed an exclusive partnership with Vu Technologies, something can be worked out accordingly. There are no extra delivery charges,” said Jha.
